MMR is not balanced or it has a bug.

I just noticed, after some researches, that the MMR doesn't "calculate" so good at all and i've seen that on my account too...

Well the question-key is... "How can you increase your mmr?" Most people's answer is... "Start winning games" But... I want to share with you the reason that i'm saying that the MMR is not balanced..

So.. Let's start with other's MMR...

I know a guy that he is on gold III Tier; this guy after a couple of games he reached Platinum.. He had a good mmr and a really good winning strike (at least 12 wins in a row); But all the dreams some day have an end... and this guy started doing defeats.. but don't mind... He was/is doing games like Win, Lose, Win, Win, Lose, Lose etc. Everyone would say that this match history is balanced between wins and loses with some wins more than defeats and the mmr should remains the same. But.. This guy.. at this time... he is still playing on platinum.. but even with a win strike of 12-15 games in a row... his mmr now is almost 100 fewer than the average MMR of his current Rank... So technically this guy... lost all his good mmr and went to "elo hell" just by doing some defeats... even when he's still getting more wins than defeats.. and he never did a lose strike more than 5 defeats in a row.. isn't that weird?

Let me tell you about me..

I came from EUW to EUNE and from gold V i went to Silver 1; I started to win games and climbing up with an mmr greater than the average mmr of my rank... At the moment I am on Gold 2.. i stopped playing when i went on my promo for gold 2.. and then i stopped playing for a week (cause of holidays) Then i played my games... i went to gold 2.. and just after the promo.. i lost 3 games in a row with 0 points... and then just 1 victory.. and this victory.. just gave me 18 points... while i was getting 27-28 on gold 3 before reach gold 2... It's like i Lost a lot of my mmr just with 3 simple defeats... and from 27 points.. i just got 18... This is weird, isn't it?!
