Old level 30 was a hard thing to get... With level changes they should increase requirements/protection up to 50-60 if not higher.

You learn the basics which is more than enough. More playing doesn't automatically make you a better player, there are people in Bronze/Iron with thousands of games and hundreds of levels. I would even suggest you let people play ranked earlier but by 30 you barely have enough BE for the required 20 champions already.

We learn champs every time something is new, a new balance.

Why riot do not teahc the basics on the f.. 30 levels?

Hopefully, you learn not to feed. Many players learn little else in just 30 levels. If your point is that new players are not ready for ranked play at lvl 30, then that's nothing new.

Was there a point you were trying to get to?

People learn what they care to learn. There are people who are above level 300 and still in iron and do incredibly stupid things. I see it literally multiple times a day on the stream. Right now, I'm watching a level 242 Zed with 405,036 mastery points. His initiation is W -> E -> Q -> R and then he just stands around with his thumb up his ass because he has no more abilities to use or energy if he did. In the exact same game, there's level 388 Jax with 108,510 mastery points who doesn't know he can release his E early or charge it up before he jumps in so he gets an immediate stun. Short of making people pass tests on champion knowledge, there's nothing Riot can do.

Some people don't learn anything in 200 levels...

There isnt a champion in this game that exists that is so overtumed you can climb off that champion alone with lack of skill. At least not a full rank.

There are what, 145 Champs and in order to get decent at the game you need to know all of them, and how to play well with a few of them.

30 Levels you probably learn 3-4 champs maybe, you may not learn how to cs, trade, or control waves... Who knows what people learn, nothing is obvious in this game.
