add a chat system?

I'm kind of sick of playing with these random kids that just dive a tower out of nowhere and throw the game.... you cant type cause its just out of nowhere they don't say they are going to dive they don't do anything just randomly jump past a tower and lose u the game.... why is there still not a chat system you can join if you want to help keep the random crap plays out of the game?
