nerf tahm kench.... first the first time nerf a champ that isnt lcs

Tahm is easily one of the top broken champs his W does 30+% of the person health and honestly its not hard to pull off! once you land a q that person is most likely dead after he hits 6.... percent health on his autos+ percent health on his w so if you take him top lane he will win eventually its not a matter of how good of a player the person is eventually he will win no matter what.

Stop focusing on banning shit because "LCS OP" this is a serious champ that needs to be fixed! I play him and I have to be honest... I feel bad for whoever I'm against 2 health bars for when you get ganked lol get real riot focus on the actual broken champs
