Brining this up again,please Riot disable new champs in ranked

If you ban Zoe,the dude gets mad and bans your own champion / ints / dodges or if you're lucky he wont do anything

We lost that game with Zoe having 11 deaths,im not saying its only her fault we lost but its a big reason to it

Do you guys think new champs should be disabled in ranked for like 2 weeks or so ? Or maybe add something that prevents you from playing champions in ranked unless you played at least 5 normals with it ?
