Hes banned 9/10 of my games ( D4 Elo ) and is just unhealthy and unfun to play against the rare times he is open

Please fix this atrocity already

Edit : Not saying Sivir didnt need a hotfix,just saying cho is as stupid if not more stupid than sivir before her hotfix and aint even getting nerfed

ok but sivir was doing fucked up damage from the absolute beginning of the game, nobody could survive the laning phase against her.

Sivir got hotfix nerfed because she was doing over 200 damage at level 1 with her Q.
