He's a little new, hasn't had enough time to build up on the nerfstack. Maybe if we did a 'Nerfs per Season' type thing, more newer champs would pop up.

Soraka and Katarina are still a pain, The don't get played so much anymore.

Champions that need constant NUMBER adjustments means a deeper problem with the champion's kit.

Janna and Elise are good examples of these. Having to be constantly rebalanced every season for inherent flaws in their kits.
