I feel, that thematically, as a blind man, that Lee Sin should have a 50% chance to miss his AA.
However, if he lands an auto attack after missing, it should do % health true damage.
I feel like this will promote counterplay

LOL, as long as you give him more than 2x damage on all the ones he hits to compensate for the lack of reliability.
To be honest, he could have no autoattack at all currently and he'd be overpowered mobility and pick-wise. People would just turn him into a CC tank.
As a blind man, blind status from teemo quinn and graves shouldn't affect him.
