I personally think that Twisted Fate needs buffs of some sort.
I was thinking that maybe if he Ws with his E passive up, it could do bonus % health true damage.
I just felt TF was lacking in some damage.

He doesn't need buffs; he needs some kind of mini-rework. He is dreadfully dull to play. Boring, clunky kit.
