I just feel like Sona is very lacking right now, and clearly needs some buffs.
I was thinking % health true damage maybe on her power chord would be nice.
I feel like it could also promote counterplay.
She's pretty strong in lane, it's the utility in teamfight that she lacks. % health true damage might be too much :X

But in all seriousness this is a joke thread I hope. (Sona's biggest issue is her E being so random and not synergizing with her kit)
That's true. Vayne has a lot of counterplay and so does Garen, and both of them are in a healthy spot with high pick and win rates right now. Clearly lots of people enjoy playing them and lots of people find success playing them, so I think Sona deserves the same treatment.
