@Meddler, can we re-visit that idea of adding a "shrink" to Sona's W powerchord for visual clarity?

There was a topic on adding a "shrink" effect on the enemy that you use the W powerchord "Dimminuendo" on and you commented saying that you guys might add it to her

As of right now, that powerchord really has no visual indication that the person you used it on is doing 20% less damage for your team or the enemy team, it's just a normal green particle effect that doesn't really tell you much, only the Arcade Sona skin provides visual clarity that you're gonna do less damage, and I don't think it should remain that way, that only one skin is providing actual clarity

This isn't a buff thread, it's a QoL particle type change for her W powerchord that provides clarity for both your teammates and your enemies instead of just being some random effect that tells you nothing, everyone wins

Well they've got to add SOMETHING to the ability to make it better to read, it can't just stay the way that it is. :/

But that's just the thing, Rito CAN and WILL do exactly what they want and nothing else. They've proven this time and again, especially in regards to Sona. She's never received a buff in the history of the game and would probably sooner get removed before that ever happens. It's a well-known fact that Sona is one of Rito's most-hated champions, they openly admit it consistently.
