The other 2 options of font of life and shield bash aren't even a viable option on most tanks that run resolve. No top laner is going to take font of life in lane. When is that helpful? When getting a gank? Late game when the game has already been decided? Irelevant. Most supports don't even stack enough HP for the healing to even be relevant. Shield bash can't even be used on tanks that don't have shields. Nasus, zac, chogath, maoki, singed, nunu, orn, etc.
