Is it just me or?

Is Aatrox quite literally the worst or one of the worst champs in the game. his kit is meh... his knock up isnt reliable enough to allow him to do much of anything considering people just WALK AWAY from all of his damage, which is his autos.... his slow on his E (Which consumes your HP for some ungodly reason) isnt enough or even long enough for u to catch up to someone up even land an auto... his health pool is super small. If you get focused in a team fight, you're quite literally instant dead. nothing you can do about it. I've watched vids, builds etc etc, and nothing I do or see of him unless the other players are LITERALLY trash makes him worth playing at all... His mini "rework" didnt really do much to help him either. his kit still does no dmg. fully auto reliant.
