Is Irelia going to be Kat 2.0? Lite?

Irelia seems to have some sort of reset mechanic to her Q (?) outside of killing a unit now. When watching the teaser at 0:53 when Irelia fights Talon and LeBlanc she uses her (presumably) Q 4 times. It seems as though champions that she damages with her abilities gain a mark and you can reset your Q (?) off of that. It also seems as though for now it doesn't have a limit to how many times it can activate and seems to only activate when abilities outside of her Q (?) is used.

Other noticeable things are her R creating terrain. Can it be jumped or flashed over?

Her deflect/shield is it damage reduction or is it invulnerability?

So many questions. So many...
