Yorick is part of the upcoming rework. One of the prev discussions mentioned that Yorick is a big rework so other mages may have the rework before Yorick 's is done.

Soon™ is a registered trade mark of Riot Games to imply "in the future" or "eventually." Unlike the English word "soon" it does not give any indication as to when it might occur.
