Why don't we get free wins in promos the 2nd time around in plat?

I can understand Diamond but plat doesn't make sense since we are all like silver players.

The promo helper is only from Bronze to Gold 1, after that it's gone.

Well, I agree everyone in plat is garbage, and their all monkeys, but we've climbed higher than the average monkey, so I guess we don't need free wins according to riot. :/
