everyone knows how bad it is, and how it immediately ruins the fun and puts you at a dissadvantage, even when you aren't the one who's autofilled. I would rather wait 10 minutes for a good game than get into a game instantly and have it be complete trash.

Agreed. Especially on ranked. The point of the new system should be, that you are only required to be good in 2 roles, and not all of them.
