Warrior vs Devourer

So I can't see a reason why anyone would ever use the Warrior enchantment over Devourer. I use Juggernaut, Magus, and Devourer all on different champs and they all seem to work well but I feel like Warrior is just garbage compared to the others.

Examples:

Nunu/Tanks - Juggernaut Fiddlesticks/AP - Magus Warwick/Trundle/AD - Devourer

These obviously aren't the only options for champs, but you get the point. It seems like any AD/AS heavy champ benefits way more from Devourer than any other. Thoughts?

Warrior is better for AD casters such as Kha'zix, Wukong, or Vi who want to build AD, Armor Pen, and CDR on their jungle item. Kha'zix and Wukong haven't been having the easiest time jungling in the preseason, but the Warrior item does have its niche.

xin zhao, evelynn, hecarim, wukong, lee sin, they should all probably get warrior if they plan on trying to carry the game before they fall off.

i believe your kinda wrong right now, until they Change Dev, it is far better than all other Jungle items, bc it turns any role/class into a sub adc or rather a AA apc. since the damage delt is magic.

Devourer is only good because of Trailblazer

Trailblazer lets anyone clear jungle much faster. It's very hard for a jungle to stack devourer if they dont buy trailblazers
