Garen And Voli are both op. They run after you (cause they're crazy fast), attack you (cause they have crazy dmg output), and you can't kill them (cause they're frickin tanks).

There's a reason most ADCs couldn't go top lane before the update.. not only will they do a lot of damage, he's also a tank...

Pffft what do you mean? You musta forgot garen. Builds full tank and can 100-0 you out of a bush faster than his silence wears off for you to flash or use an ability to get away. Did I mention he has a speedboost with no cost that slingshots him to like 460 movement speed with no boots at level 1? That's a ridiculous gap closer early game, even if it only lasts like a second. At least voli has to grab you, slow you, auto a few times and bite you....all of which cost him mana. You even have to get him lower than like 30% for his heal to really work. Not garen. Chunk him for half his health, he afks in the bush next to the minions for 30 seconds and pops out full health. Gonna ward that bush he's in? He just pops his q and silences you and proceeds to spin on you taking most of your health. At that point all you can do is pray he doesn't have ignite or his ult up. I'd rather play against a voli 5 times in a row than lane against a garen once. I agree voli is a bad ass, but not hardly as broken as garen. At least in my eyes.
