Is NB3 v Nubrac Going To Be a Tyler1 v Phreak Situation?

I recently had one of my games ruined by a Teemo support. But he didn't go to the lane he was assigned; he went to mid and top. He stood in the lane and took XP as a result, similar to what Nubrac did.

In the middle of the game Teemo said something along the lines of "I'm sorry NB". So this means he trolled and stood in other lanes because of NB3 or Nubrac's ban.

I believe this situation is similar to the one years back, where when Tyler1 was ID banned (and supposedly by the influence of Phreak since T1 was banned recently/after his game with Phreak where he inted). Tyler1 fans were literally inting and running it down because of T1's ban. They wanted to get T1 unbanned or get revenge on Riot for ID banning him.

I hope i won't see "support" Teemo that stays in lanes besides bot in my games anytime sooner or later. And i hope Riot can do something about this so it won't become the same T1 v Phreak situation.

I think a simple requirement to the Teemo support strat is that you ask your adc, as well as mid and top (or the lane teemo plans on going) for consent

TLDR: there's an influx of Teemo supports that go to other lanes to support besides bot (similar to what Nubrac does). This influx is a result of NB3 or Nubrac's ban. Years ago there was an influx of inters that run down mid in the name of Tyler1 because he got banned. I believe it is the same situation and i hope Riot can prevent it
