My post got removed and I don't feel it was justified

Long story short my post got removed under "Don't be a jerk". But how exactly was this "being a jerk"?

First of all. Where in the rules does it say I can't "bicker" with someone? And all I did was defend myself here, litteraly didn't even insult him. I held my tongue so fucking hard, but i guess it doesn't matter. Even post like this can't escape terrible moderation.

I mean the moderation was so bad the "Don't be a jerk" reason didn't even make sense because i wasn't being a jerk...
