Katarina has no counter play

Her entire premise is just -press all the buttons. I understand. all champions have abilities and all champions should be using them. However, all other champions use their abilities in a particular way, some are skillshots they need to land. For Katarina, I can make a flowchart for you, no chart necessary. Are your abilities ready to go? Find an enemy and press all all your buttons. there you go, that's at least 1 kill.

There is no chance for an opponent to respond to a katarina engage, unless they are tanky enough to survive, which most won't be and if they are they certainly don't do enough damage to kill you. I'm not saying that I understand all the intracacies of balancing more than 100 champs and I understand that having this complaint is in reference to 1 champion out of more than 100 that are pretty well balanced. I would ask that Katarina be changed so that people have some chance to respond. Either making her abilities similar to Udyr, with a cooldown triggered on all abilities when any of them are used. Or, if you make it so there is a wind up on her ult, so that she can use all her abilities at once like normal, but her ult won't destroy an entire team without giving them a chance to respond. The other, more minor nerf a friend recommended was making it so only her basic attacks could trigger her Q.

I don't think an entire rework is necessary, but I do think they need to put in something to make it so that the player has to do more than just press all the buttons and the enemy has a chance to do something in response.
