Losing Matches In Queue

It feels like almost every match is decided in queue. Who wins and who loses depends on who ever gets the better team or troll. If i get a troll or someone just really terrible at the game i might as well lost in queue. No chance to win if riot places you on a team with someone who has a record of feeding or if someone is still in their provisional and actually not smurfing.
