Should steraks Gage be a stopwatch item?

Steraks, like every other stopwatch item, makes the user very hard to kill. Additionally, steraks feels like another Gargoyle stoneplate. The difference being, gargoyle is more defence less damage while steraks is less defence more damage compared to gargoyle.

Should steraks Gage be a stopwatch item?

This is unrelated but I rarely see people build gargoyle while steraks is built almost every game. I'm actually a annoyed with how overused steraks gage is.
