LeaverBuster and Ranked Queues

Hey, so I'm gonna start with LeaverBuster then go to Ranked Queues. I'm sure a board similar has been made before.

Dodging games because of trolls and auto lock is pretty much the only reason I actually dodge games. I can play any role perfectly fine but sometimes I don't want to and team builder takes too long at times (not Riots fault), so I'm forced to play draft/blind. I just had to dodge 2 games because people were picking super troll picks or auto locking Ekko mid (shocker). I'm not sure exactly what could be changed, but maybe their could be some way to get those people out of the lobby and requeue. Like if you could start a vote that someone is being unsportsmanlike and they get kicked and you jump back into queue and they get the wait time instead of you. I realize that this could be trolly for others, but if 3 people out of 4 (not including yourself, clearly), its typically going to be for a good reason. At least I'd hope. This would then raise the issue of trolls just getting a 4 man squad and going to blind and just voting everyone out of their team and giving them wait timers.. (should have to happen twice in a few hours to get a wait time).

Ranked Queues. Mainly, trolls in ranked. So, I'm currently Gold (plat soon :D) but I've been in bronze, and its basically only trolls/afk/intentional feeders. I appreciate the fact that there is a reporting system at the end of the game for this, but I think it should be taken more seriously. If someone is trolling/afk/feeding for fun and losing games on purpose and dropping YOUR MMR, they should not be able to play ranked queues anymore. Not suspending them entirely, but they're limited to the other game types, except for ranked. I think this would simply eliminate trolls in Bronze/Silver (mainly) and make it easier to climb out of these divisions because it seems so many people have trouble with that. It's not a perfect idea, but I mean its better than being stuck in bronze for having 2 AFKs and a feeder. (This is moreso for like Bronze/Silver/some Gold because I havent really seen these issues above that).

If anyone would like to make better suggestions or tweak my suggestions, go ahead. Or just tell me I suck.
