How is camera reset on global movement ults not fixed yet? This has been happening for 3+ years

So..... why does camera still auto unlock and break every time I ult as pantheon, galio, or twisted fate? I made a post about this two years ago for Galio It is very reproducible and the only way to fix it is by opening and closing shop? For some reason? Like fine, I shouldn't be using camera lock anyway but you'd think someone would fix this by now.
