All the semi global ults break the camera

1.Go into any game 2. Pick pantheon, galio, or twisted fate 3. lock camera 4. ult anywhere offscreen (generally at the edge of ult range but really just random) 5. TADA!, your camera will be broken and unlocked and the only way to fix it is by spam clicking and closing item shop 6. Since it is quite difficult to open shop while you are trying to fight, bad things happen PLEASE FIX THIS, it has been reproducible for 2+ years (since galio rework at least)

As far as I know:

This happens when you target the ult by pressing R as you click and drag the minimap
You can recenter and lock the camera by pressing spacebar
The keyboard hotkey to lock/unlock the camera will be rendered nonfunctional
You can reenable the hotkey by manually unlocking/locking the camera via clicking the button near the minimap

Not sure if it's the same bug, but sounds like it. I don't think I've tried it with TF, but I'll test that when I feel like it maybe.
