Who's the Most Balanced Champ?
This forum is kind of a litany of rework ideas and QQ threads, so I was wondering: what do you all think is the MOST balanced champion?

Garen or Fizz.
On one hand, Garen can spin for pretty much 2.5 seconds and not fall down, while Fizz can vault himself on top of his staff and hang there for a bit... Both seem pretty balanced to me.

I'd also cast a vote towards

because in order for them to be "balanced", they must first have to be learned to be able to be used properly and have great early, mid, or late game possibilities.

-His spells are well telegraphed. -His ultimate has a constant delay of 3 seconds that cant be shortened by CDR. -His ultimate is also a debuff which means it can be removed by a single button press. -He is hard to play late game unless you are professional splitpusher. -There's finally enough time to cc him and annihilate him after he ults even tho there's already enough time considering he needs to do full skillshot combo after he ults and apply few AAS to proc his passive.
I agree that Zed was a bit over the edge few patches ago, but they toned down his ultimate and this meta also doesn't favors him.

I'd probably have to say Zed. Though he could do with a small buff.

i think zed because his laning is good, he has some counter play but any champion if fed can carry

Hear me out.
Most Viktors build squishy like long range mages (not me but...) meanwhile he's medium ranged and requires to get AA range to get his full damage off and his CC is mediocre at best. So he's easily punished. He has powerful damage however to circumvent that factor though.
His build can only differ by 3 items. Rabadons/Boots/Hex core are mandatory on him, therefore making his builds kinda predictable.
I've seen the slightly tanky Burn build: Build Heavy duty MR since he has no void staff or make him waste his mana. :P
Liandries Rylais Zhonyas Rabadons Hex core Boots
The auto attack build: Super squishy and risky. Topple him the moment he uses Q
Lichebane Void Zhonyas Rabadons Hex core Boots
The poke build: Hard engage him. So squishy he'll die from a light breeze
Ludens echo Void Staff Zhonyas Rabadons Hex core Boots
And my personal favorite, the Tanky AP build: Walk over him before he reaches late game
Rod of ages Void Zhonyas Rabadons Hex core Boots
swap Rod of Ages with a Rylai's in that last build, Same AP and almost same HP as maxed RoA, with the slow to boot. Doesn't force you into a rush item (since he wants to upgrade his hexcore at least once first), and it isn't like Vik has mana probs after he gets hexcore upgrades.

Meh, I prefer my RoA. :P
I like my Mana. Because I do prefer to poke before engages and having the mana sustain to do that is nice to have. :P
Anything without mobility/speedbursts, oneshot combos based on targeted spells/easy-to-hit AOEs, and without ability to get 5k hp and still deal damage.

kit wise, i think the 4 juggernauts are very well balanced. clear strengths, clear weaknesses. right now riot is just trying to tune some numbers. but the overall idea of them having very clear counterplay by kiting and fighting them at range, while theyre powerhouses in melee makes sense.
otherwise
who is basically the exact opposite of these champions. strong at range with a lot of utility, but extremely vulnerable and squishy in melee.
her counterplay is obvious. get past her binding and fight her at close distance.

imo
and
honestly its pretty defined for me. gnar is incredibly vulnerable when mini gnar but way strong in mega. he has moments of strength and moments of vulnerability but no weakness. great design, great numbers currently.
blem is the most balanced champion
The community tends to agree that Vel'koz is the most well-balanced champion created, period

Most balanced IMO: Note one common factor in all these champs is notable strengths and weaknesses, and healthy team interaction.
- skill based but not overly complex, fair costs, good cc combined with fair dmg.
- very versitle and can build to suit game climate.
- Great stats combined with fair weaknesses.
- @Riot : Lulu is proof that an overloaded kit =/= a broken champ! One of the games best team players!
it doesn't exist.
With balanced steps
His strength comes from who he is fighting, allowing him to be strong but never reach the point of being oppressive. His kit allows him to be useful but the usefulness he provides is not constant or unconditional.
