Preseason question
This is my first season and i'm just wondering, Is preseason always this chaotic? Is riot working towards tweaking and balancing some of these items and champions or am I just pointlessly ranting like everyone else?

Fisherman Fízz2 votesLast year was pretty much the same. New SR map + new jungle/jungle items. They want fresh content on the game every new season and that means chaos while they test and balance things out.
