Recent "Perm Bans Due To The Use Of 3rd Party Software"

So a few weeks ago I was infringed with the usage of "Third party software usage". At first I believed it was a joke, and started to question on what basis was I banned for? I had teamspeak3 running and Overwolf. My rank is Gold 5, I don't script. Its very obvious from my match history. I messaged Riot and got a ticket in requesting how I was banned and through what means? The summary of the multiple messages sent between the Rioter and myself summarized the following, "We take such offences very seriously". From the companies point of view, I can respect that. They do what they must to keep the game protected. However,** I do not know what program I was using as a "third party software". **I don't understand WHY I was banned. I'm in gold, I finished gold 2, and despite all the money I put in the account, I can rank myself back up because I know I have the skill to do so. However, getting banned is not the point. **I want to know why and how I can prevent this false ban. This Is 100% a false ban, and you don't have to believe me. Riots opinion can stay with them, however I want to know what types of precautions I can take to not be accused of this in the future? **I'm honestly just confused? I don't get why or how? Even after looking through my computer, scanning it, cleaning it and trying to figure out what Riot had supposedly tracked, I still don't understand?

This isn't a rant, this isn't me being angry or pissy about my ban, this is me coming to this situation with a logical perspective and trying to break down the factors to which this situation has been led towards and how to further protect not only myself but the people around me in the near future. I don't expect Riot to look at this, nor do I expect to get unbanned. I just want to share my story and I want to come to the bottom of this. **Why was I banned? **

I need answers.

Does riot have a "3rd party systems that result in bans" list so you can try to track down those programs?

rito keeps this information secret because they really just use this ban to remove people they don't like from the game revealing it could help future cheaters avoid punishment.

generally, when people come here complaining about this type of ban, we find out they let someone else on their account/got boosted, but I did a quick look through your ranked history and I didn't see anything crazy except an AD Leblanc game.

I am having the same issue on my account! I never used anything except curse. My friend hacked onto my account for one game, fed and then I changed my password asap! Now I should have informed riot but I did not. This game was about a month ago and I am being banned now for third party applications. Plus, It is not as if he played a bunch of games and climbed for me. He went 0/7/0 to be exact and the team lost the game 0 - 36. So am I being banned permanently from one game that I did not inform riot about?
