Jungle camps should not provide level 2 for everyone
Unless you have a hunters machete. It is silly to be permanently zoned out from bot or top doing a camp.

50000000000000001 votesThat's actually a cool idea. Reduced xp gain for not having Machete (or increased xp gain for having Machete). I don't think getting level 2 from doing a camp and going to lane is particularly a toxic strategy, though.
360D3GR3SS2 votesIn competitive play and in average games it is observable that the lanner who did not get the jungle camp has to immedeatly back off or push extremely quick in order to remain on par. Even then the people who did the jungle camp are always 1 level ahead which sways kill pressure in their favor even if the lane should not have kill pressure in the first place.
