IS there a reason why VI isnt getting nerfs?

Vi has been a strong jungler for over a year from what I can remember. she is tanky mobile and has damage combined with an almost impossible to counter ult. she has a strong 1 v 1 potential and I just cant understand why people tink shes balanced. IMO she should be forced to build damage if they want damage or tank if they want to be tanky. Not build a tri and full tank and still deal high amounts of damage. I don't even think elise was that strong or maybe just about as strong however she got overnerfed? Any explanations to why VI isn't getting nerfed or why people think shes balanced?

Even before the tank meta she was played a lot. shes been viable pick for a long time. no matter what meta it is she will always be strong.

She's a fighter assassin. Unlike certain assassins, she lacks high mobility for escapes (lots of counterplay to her Q when used defensively, as opposed to Zed shadows) so she gets to be a little tankier. Basically what bruisers are.

Anyway, what I was going to say is that Zed's ult makes him untargetable and such, and is point and click, but the counters are simiilar. When Vi ults, you can either kill her (yes, it actually is possible! Very embarrassing for the VI player tho), become untargetable (it immediately cancels her ult and puts on full cooldown), or if you're in the early game use mobile spells or flash under turret if you think you can clutch a duel and cc her under turret.

Although, I'll be honest with you. When they nerfed her MS and her ult's damage (which has less scaling and base damage than Lee Song's), I was pissed but not for the reason you think. In my opinion, they should have nerfed the range of the ultimate. 700 is decent enough to disrupt an entire team's positioning, but 800 is a tad much and makes people try to use it as an execute (which is against my Vi philosophy unless I can't use my ult for better purposes).

I sort of get where youre coming from. Basically shes a carry champion who needs damage but gets the tank because as yousaid isn't mobile enough to get out? but what about the idea that she can build tri then fulltank and still hurt a lot? like zed hes an assassin/fighter but he cant get away with building full tank? maybe because he doesn't have the CC but if Zed was goven strong CC but not be as tanky as vi would that therefore make him balanced?

God people complain about the stupidest things. Vi is fine, it's called get better. Her 1v1 is not that great, if you dodge her Q, she's a sitting duck. Good Lord how bad are you?

Vi has already had quite a few nerds from the past, I'd say she's pretty balanced. More bronze scrubs complaining.
