Ways to Remove the Effectiveness of Trolls, AFK's, DC's

Just a thought I've been having... maybe I'm crazy... but perhaps one of these could be implemented.

The first being loss prevention for teams with a player that has been inactive for greater than 15 minutes. If you lose and the player was afk, they are the reason for the loss and instead of punishing everyone, only the afk player should lose LP. Everyone else will lose no LP and the loss will be prevented.

Second, instant rebounds. Let's say you are on a 10 game winning streak. You win series, and win another match. You then lose two in a row and end up one tier down due to dropping below 0. Instead of causing 3-5 games of winning to counter balance the one too many losses, have it so if you manage to win the game immediately after the drop you instantly get put at 0LP at the tier above once more.

As I said, just some thoughts... it would really balance the trolls out of the game a bit.

There just needs to be a system which punishes trolls... there hasn't been a tribunal or a working report system other than chat-restrict for over a year.

The problem was never people accidently d/cing from game, but more along the lines of people intentionally afking and avoiding leaverbuster by just walking around in base

The first one is easily a non-factor that only punishes those who have some thing out of their control happen. Anyone who "afks" is most likely at fountain moving around every once in a while and talking nonsense just to avoid leaverbuster.

The second one isn't going to do much against leavers and afks since i'm pretty certain that you don't drop down a division/rank/whatever because of afks/trolls but because you actually went on a big losing streak. I have been demoted several times and maybe once i can say it was because of some troll i had in a game but that doesn't explain the other many loses i had before that troll.
