This looks like a bug to me, because:

op.gg put the most played champion at the top, which in your picture yorick with 114 game is placed under zed and ori with less games. This doesn't make sense.
if this person has such a high win rate on yorick over this many games he wouldn't be at plat 5.

Yeah.. you're right. One player that does well with a champion suddenly is enough information for you to call yoricks rework a mistake? Please, take your bullshit elsewhere.

So... you should check the stats on the champ as a whole. The larger the sample size, the more trustworthy the data.
