Shen Buff Idea Thingy

So, I play Shen a bit, every now and then. I love his ultimate and hate it at the same time. My reasoning? Why I love it: It can be an extremely helpful tool for your team, save the carry, or put a giant shield on the Malphite support and get that 4 person taunt or whatever. Why I hate it: It does nothing for you personally in lane. Unless you go bot/mid and get an assist, or kill, it's not helping you win lane any time soon. Sometimes, if my team is healthy when I reach 6, I don't even take it. I'll get it at 7 or 8. How do I propose to fix this? Give it a passive. A passive? Like what? Why not a simple attack speed passive? Like, 10/15/20 or something. Nothing too massive, just....something. This would give him slightly better dueling & split pushing capabilities in the sense that he can attack more (DUH) and get his actual passive off faster. That's all I got. Hate it, love it, I don't care, just felt like voicing my opinion. If you've got a better idea, feel free to post it, I'm probably never going to check this thread again. Bye.
