So I faced a couple of Bot matches where there is a Kog'Maw and after I manage to beat him he goes into his passive and plays that wierd, eerie sound he makes when he dies, BUT! I hear it costantly like over and over even if he's dead. If you don't know what I mean listen to this and imagine hearing it constantly. It's at 0:10
Sluiceway2 votesI have had that happen to me too when Kog Bot is trying to explode near me and I flash over a wall so he bursts in the fog of war. The guy i was laning with heard it too, even though he was not there when I killed Kog. It resets the next time he dies as long as you don't lose vision of him as he explodes. Not that that is a bug fix.
