Prepatch i could 1v1 teemo as singed easy

Now i cant do shit vs him.better hotfix nerf him why?yes i can catch him easy but he can now just stand still and aa me to death cause my base damage is lower and im less tanky and i have to get harrased by teemo 20 sec longer till i get my ult
