jesus he can be played any lane or role, i swear your early clears are slow, but once you augment your e and q, you clear fast af get runeglaive and your clears are even faster my build was rabadons, ludens, sorc shoes, runeglaive, completed hex core and zhonyas. you blow people up as fast as you do when laning. viktor's damage in general just surprises me i press q and auto attack them and half their health is gone instantly he's really strong, and his ganks are great with your w augment that shit, and your ganks are terrifying. they are absolutely fucked if they get caught by it. try it out if you want.

This is viable in low elo and normals as is everything else. Doesnt mean its good. If you're against any halfway decent jungle they will camp your jungle and not let you do anything.

So your clears are slow until you get 2000 gold and Runeglaive (so what, 4000 gold?), your ganks that rely ENTIRELY on W and your laner having hard CC are "strong", and you are scary if you catch someone out.

That sounds like a shitty jungle. I can go Shyvana, have fast clears all the time that DON'T rely on 4000 gold, have much higher sustained damage and a more reliable CC, and am even scarier if I catch someone. Or I could go Udyr, have much faster clears, ganks that are MUCH more reliable and easier to pull off, and be even scarier if caught out. And for bonus points both of these actual junglers AREN'T massively constrained by mana and dead throughout most of their clears.
