Still will have no passive until level 11, his E will still heal enemies in lane, and he will still have no agency with his villain gimmick. I don't see this changing anything.
Maybe instead of giving who is already the tankiest juggernaut more fucking tank stats he doesn't need, they actually let him have some fucking damage or rework him into having a steroid he actually has control over.
This isn't going to help him duel champions top so he can splitpush, where now any decent splitpusher pushes his shit in with equal good. This isn't going to help him bully lane if they want him to be an early game powerhouse. This isn't going to help him kill the ADC in a team fight if they want him to dive the backline. This isn't going to help him DPS down the front line. This isn't even giving him some actual combat sustain so he can actually stay in combat for a longer duration.
It just makes him harder to kill.
On a champion who generally hovers around the top five least likely champions to die in the entire game.
