Question about Azirs "Emperor's Divide"

I've seen Yasuo send a whirlwind through Azir's "Emperor's Divide" and then ult him, while on the opposite side of the phalanx. My question is; Is Rengar able to jump over Azir's "Emperor's Divide" wall from his ultimate? It would make sense that he should be able to but I have tried and I get weird results. One time I jumped over it and landed on Azir then I immediately got tossed back over the phalanx. Sometimes I hit right over the phalanx and I stop.

If Yasuo can ult over the phalanx I think Rengar should be able to jump over Azir's "Emperor's Divide"

I'm pretty sure Rengar can't.

Yasuo can because he blinks towards his target.
