So when are all the toxic champs gonna get nerfed?

Im looking at Been running the game for the entire season and nothing done about it. I'm talking irelia without a finished trinity force 100-0'ing anyone level 6. Im talking jax post 20 minutes 1v9'ing. Cancerous champion pool and it's ruining the game.
