You shouldn't be rewarded with damage for building tanky.

At no point should a tank champion or tank item grant damage. We shouldn't be getting fucking one-shotted by tank malphite ults or fucking garen executes. Mundo should not be fucking walking over everyone and erasing health bars, he should be absorbing fucking damage. If you're a fucking tank then you should be a fucking tank. If you're a tank, you should be hard to fucking kill, but that's your role. You should be a frontliner/cc machine, not fucking eliminating half of everyone's health bar before the damage dealers touch you. If you build damage, you should do fucking damage and be squishier. Stop fucking up the runes/items/champions in the game.

I totally agree. Have you tried fucking fighting tahm? fucking retarded cc. Retarded tank levels and his damage is ridiculous. Does riot give a fuck? no cause riot is full of incompetent developers that can't understand that not being able to die and being able to out fight fighters at the same time is bad.

Then remove all the damage items that grant defense too.
