I have so many issues with your weak argument so let's pick it apart:
- Riot continues to spam random changes that don't benefit the game
We've already been through this rollercoaster of an argument and the conclusion is that no matter the direction Riot takes (even if if's our own), someone's going to find something wrong with it and then find a way to blame Riot for it. And this gem here "often contradict the the popular opinion of the fanbase" is very questionable and a weak argument. If this is what you think of us, then we have nothing else to discuss - you're living on cloud nine.
- The boards look the exact same everyday, it's very clear what we want, and Riot has done nothing to fix the game.
One more weak argument, if i can even call it that.
The boards are a landfill. Asking to see sparkling gems left and right in the mountain of trash is wishful thinking. People largely come here when there's an issue, not when everything's working fine. So you always see far less praises for whatever Riot's doing right and are almost always certainly met with complaints, demands and requests. Forming an opinion based on a few thousand visitors on the boards and predominantly "negative" feedback, you can't simply apply this to the entire community and call it "90% of the people don't agree with X".
Don't make up fake statistics.
If you don't agree with something, say so directly. Summoning a fake legion behind you doesn't magically give more weight to your point or automatically make you right either.

I guess that you're also one of those people who doesn't read Meddler's posts.
His recent post is addressing the "damage creep" people have been complaining about.
Marksmen have taken a backseat as the predominantly damage class, per our own request.
Practice mode is a thing, per our own request.
Pizza Delivery Sivir is a thing, per our own request.
These are just a few things off the top of my head, not an extensive list. But sure, let's ignore all of those because it doesn't fit the narrative of "Riot's not listening to us".
With the current path they're taking and their plans for season 9 with the new ranked system (and how a solid 90% of responses to their idea have been for them not to do it)
Again, a made up statistic.
The first response to the new ranked system was that it could be abused so Riot also took it back to the shop, addressed our issues and wrote an entire article about our concerns and how they addressed them. Then they also said the changes were well received, they'll start testing the new ranked in a few minor regions first and monitor it and if it doesn't work, they'll adjust and won't push it on us like DQ.
Again, written in their article that you likely didn't read.
Where do you, in your post, show anyone that you're here to discuss this "issue"? This all sounds like a list of demands and from a player that just gave up a long time ago and is no longer concerned about which direction League's been going in. If that's the case, you're the least qualified person to ask from Riot to do something about it.
