I played RIven recently and I had the feeling that I was lagging... I check my ping and it 60 but her responsiveness just seemed a bit off.... Movement, casting abilities, aa a minion anything pretty much felt like 110 ping. It was nothing too serious but just there under the surface that you notice it. Is this intentional and has anybody else noticed it?

I do on my mains and I know how to do it with Riven because I watch a lot of box box and played Riven back in season 5 when she was a super powerful champ. Like I said its everything I do, even moving it feels to be a tad slower than all my champions.
