Taric rework!

Of all the champs getting reworks and VU I feel Taric needs both fiercely. He is strong and ok to play, but feels so clunky and just ugh. Not to mention his character is just an blob of random shapes and colors. He could be something amazing though. I'm not a numbers guy so i can't give much into the way of a rework. I can put in a few thoughts though.First his passive, how about just making it like a weak rammus curl? Ya know maybe taric returns bla bla damage from all physical attacks based on his armor... His heal is great, but how about making it something like a visable ward that gives a small burst heal when cast. Then as it remains it gives a small armor, mr, and regen boost. Now his shatter is ok but why not give it a little more. Maybe a slow or silence or blind effect let it give taric a small armor aura passively like it does now. Dazzle is ok, but maybe give it a longer stun or more damage and convert to a skill shot. or even make it a aoe blind/slow and take the stun out of it. And for the ult. He is the gem knight after all, maybe something like taric takes on the likeness of gems and reduces all damage coming in by _ _% and becomes immune to all movement impairing effects for _ _seconds. This is just an idea something to toss around. By no means am i saying this is what he should be. The man just needs something....
