All my Ip

I have 20k ip just sitting. I have all the champs, 8 runepages, and all the runes i want. Riot is there something i can do with this Ip? let me gift champs at twice their ip cost. Let me trade my ip at a 10-1 ratio for rp. Let me gift mystery champs. To avoid abuse by smurfs maybe make this option cost something like 20k ip and only allow it to be unlocked after one has acquired all champs. Anything would be nice I'm honestly just not really interested in acquiring ip anymore when its just stacking and sitting.
