Looking for a gaming community (or just some people)

I am a pretty regular player, active daily, I feel that I'm at least a little better than your average player. I want to find a gaming community that is calm and wants to have fun. At the same time im wanting to get more into playing ranked so i want someone i can rely on in duo or teams. I also play Heroes of the Storm so a group that covers both of these would be great.
