Riot You MUST Revert Aatrox's Q's Minion damage Reduction, (Unless you're changing him into a JG)

This is ridiculous Aatrox is being nerfed again! but this time he has really been screwed over by Riot. They nerfed his damage to minions FROM 50% - 100% (keep in mind that 50% was originally the MINIMUM) TO 40% which is BELOW the MINIMUM? basically GUTTING his wave clear entirely and RUINING his entire top lane capability. I dont understand what exactly you are aiming for right, are you trying to change Aatrox's main role into a Jungler or is it something else because the only way i can see this that you're removing his ability to be a laner through the removal of waveclear. If this is what you're aiming for then I understand why these nerfs are being put in place and i will expect a buff to his dash to make it longer so he can engage from the jungle more easily (but do not make it a locked distance he can dash, basically what I'm saying is if you are using your dash, if you want to dash a shorter distance then the max length of the dash then make that possible to do because this will allow the player to actually land his sweet spots), but if this is not your intentions Riot then you NEED to revert these changes because he CANT lane with this kind of lane pushing which means he has no pressure whatsoever and cant shove lane when the enemy is gone so he can take tower plating, also if he engages any fights in the top lane his damage to minions will be so minor that he will constantly be engaging while enemy minions are attacking him making him always lose trades from minion damage and he wouldn't be able to kill the minions without being poked or engaged on because they would take too long to clear making him vulnerable. the reason why this waveclear issue is so important is because aatrox is supposed to be an oppressive lane bully that is a snowbally champion. if you take away his ability to be oppressive he would constantly be at a disadvantage, destroying the purpose of his champion. tell me what you guys think in the comments below and feel free to state your opinion on this matter!
