Dead timers

I want to discuss this little thing that has been bugging me since season 6.

I dont think is that good of an idea to have like 50 seconds dead in 30 mins of game.

Before, you had to be smart, maybe you had a small amount of time to understand where you had to go after a teamfight to make it worth it. Now, you have all the time in the world. If a team wins a teamfight at 20 mins, they have around 30 seconds i think to take objectives, farm, enemy jungle camps, ward, etc.

I understand if you say that the meta is around snowballing, but again, i think dead timers are way too long. One or two people getting caught at 20 mins can cost 2 turrets from same lane, or baron, or dragon and turrets, or taking control of the game.

TL;DR: I understand if you want to make it easier to push advantages from mid game kills, but dead timers make it very easy. Please, balance in the next pacthes!!
