Why did they remove the "Losing on purpouse" report?
title.
People from games just lose on purpouse and i have to report for "intentional feeding" because it the closest one, but i need that.

Actually, Tribunal was more lenient, not less, than Riot's behavior team. It was removed because the system had gotten bogged down. It took longer and longer to build fewer and fewer cases.
Probably because they could not get their AI system to even remotely confirm these reports at any capacity and there system was likely getting way to many false positives than Riot was comfortable with.
Same with with the Intentional feeding. Outside of a few obvious scenarios that Riot could detect to either confirm or deny the system is still very "safe".
Meaning if you report someone for intentionally feeding and they are killing creeps between deaths. I could almost guarantee you Riot's AI system would say they were not intentionally feeding. Few other obvious ones.
In the end it comes down to Riot as a for profit corporation. The reason I believe the tribunal was removed was because the gaming community was punishing more people and for offenses Riot did not want. In the end Riot was not comfortable with the number of players the community was removing and the potential revenue they were losing. So the system was removed.
Riot is a for profit company. Every action they take is still with the intent of giving them a net gain. There is a severe disconnect between what the community has always wanted Riot to do when it comes to providing a high level of quality regarding player experience actually in games. This is because Riot is still at the end of the day a for profit company and they will always be. Any plan or suggestion that net's them fewer players and thus less revenue overall is something Riot will never do. This is the fact that a lot of League players will never understand or grasp. Probably because of the average age range of League players have yet to be 100% on their own and experienced all the great things one discovers when they are on their own.
The closest would be "griefing" honestly
Or maybe you're misinterpreting their skill level as losing on purpose?
